• Be of legal age: You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live).

• Be able to agree to these terms: You need to have the legal capacity to enter into a contract.

• Follow the law where you live: It’s your responsibility to make sure your use of PLR products follows any local rules around advertising, consumer protection, copyright, and data privacy.

👉 In short: as long as you’re an adult, legally able to agree, you’re good to go.

Access to the 30K+ PLR Library™ is provided through a one-off payment.

Once your purchase is completed:

• You receive lifetime access to the 30K+ PLR Library™

• Your access does not expire, provided you continue to comply with this agreement.

“Lifetime access” means access for as long as the 30K+ PLR Library™ exists and is operated by Upstrider®, and as long as you follow the rules set out in this document.

Upstrider® reserves the right to:

• Add, update, modify, or remove parts of the library over time.

• Improve or expand the product with additional materials, training, or assets.

• Change how content is delivered or accessed, without reducing your overall access.

Lifetime access does not guarantee:

• Specific future content.

• Continued availability of any individual product, template, or module.

• Results, income, or performance outcomes.

Your purchase of the 30K+ PLR Library™ grants you a personal, non-transferable license to access and use the materials included inside the ecosystem, subject to the rules below.

This license allows you to use library materials in accordance with the permissions provided for each type of content.

• Access all materials provided inside the 30K+ PLR Library™

• Edit, customise, and rebrand PLR products where PLR rights are explicitly granted.

• Use eligible materials in your own business, stores, bundles, memberships, or client work.

• Sell finished, edited products created from eligible PLR materials under your own brand.

• Keep and continue using products you have created, as long as you remain compliant with this agreement.

❌ You MAY NOT:

• Share, sell, or distribute raw or unedited files.

• Resell library materials “as-is” or with only minimal changes.

• Claim ownership of the original ecosystem materials.

• Use the Upstrider®, 30K+ PLR Library™, 30K+ Ecosystem™, or related branding in your own product names, store names, or advertising.

• Transfer, sell, or give access to your account or license to another person.

Important Note on Rights

Not all materials inside the 30K+ PLR Library™include resell or PLR rights.

Each product, training, or resource may have different usage permissions, which must be respected.

We want the 30K+ PLR Library™ to stay valuable, protected, and fair for everyone. The rules below are here to protect the ecosystem, the brand, and the work inside it.

❌ You can't do the following:

• Share raw files
  Don’t share, sell, gift, upload, or distribute any library files in their original form.
  
  

• Share access or logins
  Your access is for you. Please don’t share login details or allow others to use your account.
  
  

• Use Upstrider® names/branding in your marketing
  Please don’t use “Upstrider®”, "30K+ PLR Library™", “30K+ Ecosystem™”, “30K+ Plan™”, or related branding in your product titles, store names, websites, ads, or social media in a way that suggests you are Upstrider® or officially representing us.
  
  

• Mislead buyers or make false claims
  Keep your marketing honest. No fake testimonials, false scarcity, or misleading income claims.
  
  

• Spam-style promotion
  Please don’t use unsolicited mass messaging or promotion that breaks platform rules or local laws.
  
  

• Recreate or republish the ecosystem
  Don’t copy, extract, or rebuild the 30K+ PLR Library™ content (or large parts of it) to create a competing library, vault, course, or collection.
  
  

• Harmful behaviour
  Respect matters. Harassment, threats, or behaviour that puts Upstrider®, the team, creators, affiliates, or members at risk isn’t allowed.

If we notice activity that breaks these rules, we may temporarily pause access while we review what happened.

Monthly Membership

The 30K+ PLR Library™ is offered as a monthly membership.

Your chosen payment method will be charged immediately upon checkout, and your membership will begin instantly once payment has been successfully processed.

Your membership automatically renews every month unless cancelled before your next billing date. You may cancel at any time from your account, and no further payments will be taken after cancellation.

Your access remains active until the end of your current billing period.

Before completing your purchase, you will be asked to confirm that you have read and agreed to these Terms & Conditions and the PLR License Agreement.

Refund Policy

Because the 30K+ PLR Library™ provides immediate digital access to downloadable, editable and private label rights (PLR) materials that can be copied, stored and retained permanently after download, all membership payments are non-refundable.

This means:

→ We do not offer refunds, partial refunds or exchanges for membership payments.

→ Refunds are not available for change of mind, lack of use, failure to download the materials, unmet expectations, or cancellation after a renewal payment has been processed.

→ Cancelling your membership simply prevents future renewal payments and does not refund previous charges.

Membership Cancellation

You may cancel your membership at any time.

Once cancelled:

→ Your membership will remain active until the end of your current billing period.

→ No future renewal payments will be taken.

→ Access to the 30K+ PLR Library™ will automatically end once your membership expires.

Downloaded resources remain subject to the PLR License Agreement accepted at the time of purchase.

Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

If a chargeback or payment dispute is opened without a genuine billing error, we reserve the right to immediately suspend or remove access to the 30K+ PLR Library™ while the matter is investigated.

We will provide supporting evidence, including purchase records, login history, download activity, timestamps and acceptance of our Terms & Conditions and License Agreement where applicable, to the payment provider and dispute resolution service.

Billing Issues & Support

If you believe a genuine billing error has occurred (for example, duplicate payments or a technical checkout issue), please contact our support team as soon as possible.

We are always happy to investigate and resolve legitimate billing issues fairly.

For transparency and security, our systems and payment providers securely record purchase details, renewal history, account activity, login records and access timestamps associated with your membership.

We want you to succeed with The 30K+ PLR Library™, but it's important to understand that your results will depend on how you use the resources, the effort you put in, and the platforms you choose to sell on.

Marketplace Compliance

Every marketplace and selling platform (including Etsy, Shopify, Gumroad, KDP, Stan Store, Payhip and others) has its own policies, guidelines, algorithms and requirements, which may change at any time.

While we aim to create resources that follow marketplace best practices at the time they are produced, we cannot guarantee that any product, listing, design, method or strategy will be accepted, approved, ranked or remain compliant on any platform.

It is your responsibility to review, understand and comply with the rules of every platform where you choose to use, publish or sell your products.

Product Editing & Branding

The resources inside The 30K+ PLR Library™ are provided as editable Private Label Rights (PLR) materials.

Before publishing or selling them, you are responsible for:

→ Editing and customising the products where required.

→ Ensuring your final products accurately represent your own brand and business.

→ Checking that all information, designs and content remain suitable, accurate and compliant before selling.

Your Business Responsibilities

Once you publish, market or sell a product, it becomes part of your own business.

You are solely responsible for:

→ Customer support

→ Product descriptions

→ Pricing

→ Marketing

→ Reviews

→ Refunds (if you choose to offer them)

→ Taxes, legal obligations and consumer regulations applicable in your country

→ Any customer disputes or claims relating to your products or business.

Examples, Inspiration & Marketplace Research

The 30K+ PLR Library™ may include examples, screenshots, references, marketplace research and inspiration based on products, trends and bestsellers available at the time the content was created.

We also provide original templates, editable resources, training and PLR products designed to help you build and grow your own digital product business.

However, we cannot guarantee that any particular bestselling product we create, niche or strategy will continue performing over time.

Digital marketplaces constantly evolve, and results vary based on many factors including competition, pricing, branding, product quality, customer demand, timing and your own marketing efforts.

Members of The 30K+ PLR Library™ may be invited to participate in our optional affiliate programme.

If affiliate access is granted, you will receive a unique affiliate link associated with your account. Any commissions earned will be tracked and paid in accordance with our separate Affiliate Agreement.

Participation in the affiliate programme is entirely optional and may not be available to all members.

By participating, you agree to:

• Comply with these Terms & Conditions.

• Comply with the separate Affiliate Agreement.

• Promote The 30K+ PLR Library™ honestly, ethically and in accordance with all applicable advertising and consumer protection laws.

• Clearly disclose affiliate relationships where required by law.

• Never make false, misleading or exaggerated claims about our products, members' results, income potential or business opportunities.

• Never engage in spam, unsolicited messaging, trademark bidding, fake referrals, self-referrals, coupon abuse or any deceptive or fraudulent promotional practices.

Upstrider® reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to suspend or permanently terminate your participation in the affiliate programme, withhold unpaid commissions, cancel commissions generated in breach of these Terms or the Affiliate Agreement, and remove affiliate access where misuse, fraud or any breach of our policies is suspected.

Participation in the affiliate programme does not create any employment, partnership, agency or joint venture relationship between you and Upstrider®.

Affiliate commissions are paid only on qualifying sales that comply with our Affiliate Agreement and remain subject to verification and approval.

We hope you'll enjoy The 30K+ PLR Library™ for a long time.

Your membership remains active while your subscription is current and while you continue to comply with these Terms & Conditions.

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate access where necessary to protect our business, intellectual property, members or community.

When access may be suspended or terminated

We may suspend or permanently remove your access if:

→ You seriously breach these Terms & Conditions or the PLR License Agreement.

→ You share, distribute, leak or resell our original files, member resources or protected content in a way that is not permitted by your licence.

→ You misuse the Upstrider® name, trademarks or intellectual property.

→ You share your account or login credentials with another person.

→ Fraud, unauthorised payments, chargebacks or payment disputes are initiated without a genuine billing reason.

→ We reasonably believe fraudulent, unlawful or abusive activity has occurred.

→ You repeatedly violate our policies after receiving warnings where appropriate.

Where reasonably possible, we may temporarily suspend access while we investigate the situation.

We believe in honest, respectful communication and are committed to making The 30K+ PLR Library™ a positive, professional and supportive environment for all members.

By accessing The 30K+ PLR Library™, you agree not to knowingly publish, communicate or encourage statements that are false, defamatory, misleading, malicious or intentionally damaging towards:

→ Upstrider®

→ The 30K+ PLR Library™
→ The 30K+ Ecosystem™

→ Any of our products, services or brands

→ Our employees, contractors, affiliates, partners or representatives

→ Other members of our community

This applies across all forms of communication, including but not limited to:

→ Social media posts, comments and videos

→ Blog articles and online reviews

→ Forums, chat platforms and private communities

→ Podcasts, livestreams and interviews

→ Emails, direct messages, what's app messages and public or private discussions

If This Clause Is Breached

Where we reasonably believe a member has intentionally published false, defamatory or malicious statements, or engaged in harassment or coordinated attempts to damage our business or community, we reserve the right to take appropriate action, including:

→ Suspending or terminating membership access.

→ Revoking licences where permitted under these Terms and the PLR License Agreement.

→ Removing affiliate access and withholding unpaid affiliate commissions where permitted under our Affiliate Agreement.

→ Requesting the correction or removal of false or misleading statements.

→ Taking any other lawful action available to protect our business, intellectual property, reputation and community.

The 30K+ PLR Library™, including all original content, templates, training, resources, branding, designs, systems and materials, is created and owned by Upstrider® and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark and intellectual property laws.

Your membership does not transfer ownership of our intellectual property.

Instead, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use eligible materials in accordance with these Terms & Conditions and the accompanying PLR License Agreement.

Unless expressly stated otherwise:

→ All original library content remains the exclusive intellectual property of Upstrider®.

→ All copyrights, trademarks, branding, logos, graphics, training, videos, templates, frameworks, systems and documentation remain owned by Upstrider®.

→ Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of any intellectual property to you.

Your membership grants you permission to access eligible library materials and, where expressly permitted by the PLR License Agreement, to:

• Edit and customise products.

• Rebrand eligible products under your own business.

• Add your own branding, content and value.

• Sell completed products under your own brand.

Your licence applies only to materials that expressly include Private Label Rights (PLR).

Not every resource included within The 30K+ PLR Library™ necessarily carries resale or PLR rights. Any restrictions applicable to a particular resource will be clearly identified.

Intellectual Property Restrictions

You may not:

→ Claim ownership or authorship of the original library materials.

→ Register our original content, designs or substantially similar derivatives as your own intellectual property.

→ Copy, distribute, sublicense, share or resell the original library files except where expressly permitted by your licence.

→ Remove or alter copyright, trademark or ownership notices where prohibited.

→ Use the names Upstrider®, The 30K+ PLR Library™, or any of our trademarks in a manner that suggests endorsement, partnership or ownership without our prior written permission.

→ Copy, reproduce or distribute our training, systems, videos, frameworks or member resources outside the scope of your licence.

Your Intellectual Property

Any original modifications, branding, designs, content or additions you independently create remain your own intellectual property.

However, ownership of your modifications does not transfer ownership of the original Upstrider® materials from which they were derived.

Upstrider® reserves the right to update, amend or modify these Terms & Conditions from time to time to reflect changes to The 30K+ PLR Library™, applicable laws, our services, business practices or operational requirements.

Any updated version will replace all previous versions from its stated effective date.

Continued Use

By continuing to access or use The 30K+ PLR Library™ after updated Terms & Conditions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised version.

If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you should discontinue using the library and cancel your membership before your next renewal date.

Notification of Changes

Where reasonably appropriate, we may notify members of significant changes by email, through the member area or by another appropriate communication method.

However, it remains your responsibility to review these Terms & Conditions periodically to ensure you remain informed of the current version.

If a dispute arises, both parties agree to first try to resolve the matter through good-faith communication or mediation.

If a resolution cannot be reached, the dispute may be escalated to legal action in the appropriate court of jurisdiction, in accordance with applicable law.

By purchasing and accessing The 30K+ PLR Library™, you confirm that you:

• Have read and understood these Terms & Conditions, the License Agreement, and any other applicable policies referenced or incorporated within them (including the Disclaimer and Affiliate Program terms, where applicable).

• Agree to follow the guidelines for access, use, and any applicable resell or affiliate rights.

• Understand that your access, license, and participation are subject to these Terms, as updated from time to time.

In short, by accessing The 30K+ PLR Library™, you’re confirming that you’re comfortable with the regulations, and we’re excited to support you as you build, create, and grow within the ecosystem.
