• Follow the law where you live: It’s your responsibility to make sure your use of PLR products follows any local rules around advertising, consumer protection, copyright, and data privacy.

Access to the 30K+ Ecosystem™ is provided through a one-off payment.

Once your purchase is completed:

• You receive lifetime access to the 30K+ Ecosystem™.

• Your access does not expire, provided you continue to comply with this agreement.

“Lifetime access” means access for as long as the 30K+ Ecosystem™ exists and is operated by Upstrider®, and as long as you follow the rules set out in this document.

Upstrider® reserves the right to:

• Add, update, modify, or remove parts of the ecosystem over time.

• Improve or expand the ecosystem with additional materials, training, or assets.

• Change how content is delivered or accessed, without reducing your overall access.

Lifetime access does not guarantee:

• Specific future content.

• Continued availability of any individual product, template, or module.

• Results, income, or performance outcomes.

Your purchase of the 30K+ Ecosystem™ grants you a personal, non-transferable license to access and use the materials included inside the ecosystem, subject to the rules below.

This license allows you to use ecosystem materials in accordance with the permissions provided for each type of content.

• Edit, customise, and rebrand PLR products where PLR rights are explicitly granted.

• Keep and continue using products you have created, as long as you remain compliant with this agreement.

❌ You MAY NOT:

• Share, sell, or distribute raw or unedited files.

• Resell ecosystem materials “as-is” or with only minimal changes.

• Claim ownership of the original ecosystem materials.

• Use the Upstrider®, 30K+ Ecosystem™, 30K+ Plan™, or related branding in your own product names, store names, or advertising.

• Transfer, sell, or give access to your account or license to another person.

Important Note on Rights

Not all materials inside the 30K+ Ecosystem™ include resell or PLR rights.
Each product, training, or resource may have different usage permissions, which must be respected.

We want the 30K+ Ecosystem™ to stay valuable, protected, and fair for everyone. The rules below are here to protect the ecosystem, the brand, and the work inside it.

❌ Please don’t do the following:

• Share raw files
  Don’t share, sell, gift, upload, or distribute any ecosystem files in their original form.

• Share access or logins
  Your access is for you. Please don’t share login details or allow others to use your account.

• Use Upstrider® names/branding in your marketing
  Please don’t use “Upstrider®”, “30K+ Ecosystem™”, “30K+ Plan™”, or related branding in your product titles, store names, websites, ads, or social media in a way that suggests you are Upstrider® or officially representing us.

• Mislead buyers or make false claims
  Keep your marketing honest. No fake testimonials, false scarcity, or misleading income claims.

• Spam-style promotion
  Please don’t use unsolicited mass messaging or promotion that breaks platform rules or local laws.

• Recreate or republish the ecosystem
  Don’t copy, extract, or rebuild the ecosystem content (or large parts of it) to create a competing library, vault, course, or collection.

• Harmful behaviour
  Respect matters. Harassment, threats, or behaviour that puts Upstrider®, the team, creators, affiliates, or members at risk isn’t allowed.

If we notice activity that breaks these rules, we may temporarily pause access while we review what happened.

One-Time Digital Purchase

The 30K+ Ecosystem™ is offered as a one-off digital purchase.

Payment is made in full at the time of checkout.
There are no subscriptions, renewals, or recurring charges.
Once payment is completed, access is granted immediately.

Before purchasing, you will be asked to confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms & Conditions and the License Agreement.

Refund Policy

Because the 30K+ Ecosystem™ provides instant digital access to downloadable and duplicable materials, all sales are final.

This means:

• We do not offer refunds, partial refunds, or exchanges.

• Refunds are not available for “change of mind,” lack of use, or unmet expectations.

Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
If a chargeback or payment dispute is opened without a genuine billing reason, it may result in immediate removal of access while the case is reviewed. We will also provide supporting evidence to the payment platform and dispute provider to recover funds and any associated fees.

Billing Issues & Support

If you believe there has been a genuine billing error (for example, duplicate payment or a technical checkout issue), please contact support as soon as possible. We’re always happy to review and resolve legitimate billing problems fairly.

For transparency and security, our systems and payment providers record transaction details and timestamps for each purchase and access event.

We want you to succeed with the 30K+ Ecosystem™, but it’s important to know that your results also depend on your effort and the platforms you choose to use.

Marketplace rules:
Each marketplace (Etsy, Shopify, Gumroad, KDP, etc.) has its own policies and algorithms, and they may change at any time. We can’t guarantee that any product, listing, store, or method will be accepted, approved, or remain compliant on any platform. It’s your responsibility to check and follow the rules of the platforms you sell on.

Customer care:
Once you edit and sell a product, it becomes part of your business. You are responsible for customer support, reviews, refunds (if you choose to offer them), and any disputes that may arise.

Examples & references:
The ecosystem may include examples, screenshots, references, or inspiration taken from real marketplace trends at the time of creation. We also provide original templates, resources, and training designed to help you build strong offers, but we can’t guarantee that any product will become or stay a bestseller. Results depend on timing, effort, and your own marketing.

Think of us as providing the building blocks and the path. How you use them, apply them, and serve your customers is in your hands.

In some cases, an affiliate link may be available to you once you access the 30K+ Ecosystem™. Any affiliate link provided is unique to your account.

If you choose to share your affiliate link, commissions will be tracked according to our Affiliate Agreement.

By participating in the affiliate program, you agree to use your link responsibly and in compliance with:

• these Terms & Conditions, and

• the separate Affiliate Agreement.

Upstrider® reserves the right to pause or remove affiliate access if the affiliate program is misused (for example: spam, misleading claims, or attempts to manipulate referrals).

We hope you’ll enjoy the 30K+ Ecosystem™ for a long time. Because this is a one-time purchase with lifetime access, your access does not end unless there is a serious breach of these terms.

When access may be paused or removed.

In some cases, we may need to protect the ecosystem and the work inside it. This can happen if:

• Rules are seriously broken (for example: sharing raw files, leaking content, reselling “as-is”, misuse of our brand, or repeated violations).

• Fraud or payment disputes occur (for example, an unauthorised payment dispute or chargeback without a genuine billing reason).

• Account misuse is detected (for example: sharing logins or attempting to bypass access controls).

Where possible, we aim to handle issues fairly and may pause access temporarily while we review what happened.

What happens if access is removed due to a breach

If access is removed for a serious breach:

• Access to the 30K+ Ecosystem™ may be disabled.

• Your license to use the ecosystem materials may be revoked.

• You must stop using and distributing raw ecosystem materials immediately.

• Any listings or products that contain raw or near-original ecosystem content must be removed as soon as reasonably possible.

If you have created products that are properly edited and rebranded (and comply with these terms), you may continue using them, unless the breach involves content theft or misuse that requires removal.

The easiest way to stay in good standing is simple: follow the rules, keep the materials protected, and make the products your own.

We believe in open, respectful communication and want the 30K+ Ecosystem™ to be a positive and professional space for everyone involved.

By accessing the 30K+ Ecosystem™, you agree not to make, publish, or communicate statements that could reasonably be considered false, misleading, or intentionally damaging toward:

• Upstrider®

• The 30K+ Ecosystem™

• The 30K+ Plan™

• The Bestsellers PLR Library™

• Any of our administrators, employees, contractors, affiliates, creators, or members

This applies across all forms of communication, including (but not limited to):

• Social media posts and comments

• Blog articles or online reviews

• Forums, private groups, or chat platforms

• Verbal discussions in public or private settings

This clause does not prevent you from:

• Asking questions or raising concerns with support

• Expressing opinions in a respectful and factual way

If this guideline is seriously violated

In cases of clear abuse, harassment, false claims, or intentionally harmful behaviour, we may need to take steps to protect the ecosystem and the people within it.

This can include:

• Pausing or removing access to the ecosystem

• Revoking licenses where appropriate

• Requesting the removal and correction of false or harmful statements

In rare and serious cases involving defamation or intentional harm, further action may be taken to protect the business and its community.

The 30K+ Ecosystem™ is created and owned by Upstrider®. When you purchase access, you do not own the original ecosystem materials, but you do receive a license to access and use them in line with this agreement.

Here’s how it works:

• Our ownership:
  All templates, training, frameworks, resources, and materials inside the 30K+ Ecosystem™ remain the intellectual property of Upstrider®.

• Your license:
  Your purchase gives you a personal license to access the ecosystem and use eligible materials, including the right to edit, rebrand, and resell certain products where resell/PLR rights are explicitly granted, as long as you follow the rules in these Terms.

Restrictions

To protect the ecosystem and keep things clear:

• Don’t claim copyright or trademark ownership of the original ecosystem materials.

• Don’t register any original ecosystem content (or near-original derivatives) as your own intellectual property.

• Don’t use “Upstrider®”, “30K+ Ecosystem™”, or “30K+ Plan™” in your own listings, store names, ads, or marketing in a way that suggests official partnership or ownership.

In short: Upstrider® owns the original ecosystem, and you have the freedom to make eligible products your own and sell them under your brand, as long as you keep within the permissions and rules in this agreement.

Upstrider® may update, amend, or modify these Terms & Conditions from time to time to reflect changes to the 30K+ Ecosystem™, legal requirements, or how the ecosystem is delivered.

Continued use = acceptance
By continuing to access or use the 30K+ Ecosystem™ after updates are published, you agree to the revised terms.

Notification
We may notify you of major updates where appropriate, but it remains your responsibility to review this document periodically so you stay informed of any changes.

Version control
The “Last Updated” date at the top of this document reflects the most recent version.

If a dispute arises, both parties agree to first try to resolve the matter through good-faith communication or mediation.

If a resolution cannot be reached, the dispute may be escalated to legal action in the appropriate court of jurisdiction, in accordance with applicable law.

By purchasing and accessing the 30K+ Ecosystem™, you confirm that you:

• Have read and understood these Terms & Conditions, the License Agreement, and any other applicable policies referenced or incorporated within them (including the Disclaimer and Affiliate Program terms, where applicable).

• Agree to follow the guidelines for access, use, and any applicable resell or affiliate rights.

• Understand that your access, license, and participation are subject to these Terms, as updated from time to time.

In short, by accessing the 30K+ Ecosystem™, you’re confirming that you’re comfortable with the regulations, and we’re excited to support you as you build, create, and grow within the ecosystem.
