To participate in the 30K+ Ecosystem™ Affiliate Program, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction)

• Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract

• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including consumer protection, advertising, and data privacy laws relevant to your jurisdiction

Upon request, a unique affiliate link will be generated for your account through Systeme.io.

Affiliate tracking and commission attribution are linked to the email address and Systeme.io account associated with your affiliate profile.

If you intend to promote using a different Systeme.io account or email address, you must notify Upstrider® in writing in advance so tracking can be validated.

Affiliate activity conducted through unverified or unauthorised accounts may result in commissions being untracked, invalidated, or refused.

As an approved affiliate, you will earn a 30% commission on each qualifying sale generated through your unique affiliate link. Commissions are calculated based on the total sale price, as recorded in Systeme.io.

• Minimum Payout: Affiliate payouts are issued once your approved commissions reach a minimum of 50 USD (or the equivalent in the currency shown on your Systeme.io invoice).
  If your total approved commissions in a given period are below 50 USD, they will roll over to the next period until the threshold is reached.

• Payment Timing: Payments are processed monthly, typically after a 30-day holding period, once invoices are issued by Systeme.io. You can view your invoice and commission details inside your Systeme.io affiliate dashboard.

• Future Adjustments: Upstrider® reserves the right to adjust payout handling in the future where required (for example, taxes, VAT, or payment platform fees). If any material adjustment is made, affiliates will be notified in advance.

• Transparency: All commission tracking, invoices, and payout records are managed through Systeme.io. Affiliates can view performance and sales data directly inside their Systeme.io affiliate dashboard.

• Tracking & Attribution: All commissions are calculated and attributed according to Systeme.io tracking rules for merchant affiliate programs (as described in this Agreement). Upstrider® does not manually override affiliate IDs attached to orders inside Systeme.io, except in clear error cases where we may, at our discretion, issue a manual bonus or adjustment.

As an affiliate of the 30K+ Ecosystem™, you are expected to uphold high ethical standards when promoting our products. Your responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

• Truthful Promotion: All promotions must be honest, accurate, and transparent. Affiliates are strictly prohibited from making misleading or exaggerated claims regarding potential earnings, results, or success that customers may achieve from using the 30K+ Ecosystem™. This includes ‘guaranteed income’, ‘easy money’, or ‘make X per day’ claims.

• Disclosure: Affiliates must comply with all legal requirements (including FTC guidelines or your local equivalent) and clearly disclose the affiliate relationship in all promotional content.
  Example: “As an affiliate, I may earn a commission if you make a purchase through my link.”

• Maintaining Accurate Information: Affiliates must ensure all account details (including payment information and contact information) remain accurate and up to date.

• Professional Conduct: Affiliates are expected to maintain professionalism in all interactions. Misleading, aggressive, or inappropriate marketing practices will not be tolerated.

• Responsible Link Use: Your affiliate link must be used in compliance with this Agreement. Any attempt to manipulate referrals, create fake accounts, self-refer, or misrepresent promotions may be considered misuse and may result in suspension or termination.

• Brand Guidelines: Affiliates must follow Upstrider® brand guidelines and refrain from using unapproved visuals or copy that misrepresents the offer, its contents, or earning potential.

Failure to adhere to these responsibilities may result in suspension or removal from the affiliate program and/or withholding of commissions linked to non-compliant activity.

Upstrider® strictly prohibits the following actions by affiliates of the 30K+ Ecosystem™ Affiliate Program:

• Spamming: Sending unsolicited or mass promotional emails or messages that violate anti-spam laws.

• Fraudulent Activity: Generating fake traffic, fake purchases, or using dishonest tactics to inflate commissions. This includes cookie stuffing, forced redirects, and any attempt to manipulate tracking.

• Unauthorised Paid Advertising: Running paid ads (including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, or Instagram Ads) that use Upstrider®, 30K+ Ecosystem™, Bestsellers PLR Library™, or related brand terms without explicit written approval.

• Misleading Claims: Making exaggerated, false, or unverifiable promises about earnings, results, or success.

• Brand Damage: Engaging in behaviour that harms the reputation of Upstrider®, the 30K+ Ecosystem™, the Bestsellers PLR Library™, or the 30K+ Plan™.

• Self-Referral & Duplicate Identity Abuse: Using your own affiliate link to purchase, or creating duplicate/fake accounts to generate commissions. This includes purchases made under a different name, email, or identity, as well as attempts to bypass the rules through family, friends, or alternate accounts.

Any violation of these prohibited activities may result in immediate removal from the affiliate program, cancellation or withholding of pending commissions linked to the violation, and further action where appropriate.

The 30K+ Ecosystem™ operates under a strict no-refund policy once access to the digital product has been granted. By promoting this offer, affiliates agree to clearly communicate and direct traffic to the official sales page, where customers can review the refund policy before purchasing.

Chargeback Consequences

If a chargeback is initiated for a purchase referred by an affiliate:

• The full commission earned from that sale will be deducted from your affiliate balance.

• If a negative balance occurs due to the chargeback, future commissions may be withheld until the balance is cleared.

• Any additional payment processor fees or dispute costs resulting from the chargeback may be deducted from future commissions where permitted and reasonably applicable.

Affiliates are responsible for ensuring that promotions accurately represent the no-refund policy. Misrepresentation, omission of this policy, or promoting the offer in a misleading way that contributes to elevated chargeback rates may result in removal from the affiliate program and withholding of commissions linked to non-compliant activity.

Upstrider® reserves the right to suspend or terminate your participation in the 30K+ Ecosystem™ Affiliate Program if you violate the terms of this Agreement or engage in conduct that is misleading, unethical, or harmful to the brand or its community.

Termination may occur with or without prior notice, depending on the nature and severity of the issue.

Grounds for Termination

Grounds for termination may include, but are not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of this Affiliate Agreement.

• Misrepresentation of the 30K+ Ecosystem™, the 30K+ Plan™, or Upstrider® in promotional content.

• Engaging in prohibited activities such as spamming, fraudulent behaviour, or unauthorised paid advertising.

• Misuse of your affiliate link, including manipulation of referrals, duplicate or fake accounts, self-referrals, or misleading promotions.

• Repeated customer complaints or a consistent pattern of chargebacks linked to your promotional activity.

• Any action that materially damages, discredits, or conflicts with the values and mission of Upstrider®.

Effect of Termination

If your affiliate account is terminated:

• All affiliate rights and permissions granted under this program will end immediately.

• Pending or unpaid commissions may be withheld if they are linked to fraudulent, misleading, or prohibited activity.

• You must stop using affiliate links, promotional materials, and any references to yourself as an affiliate of the 30K+ Ecosystem™.

• In cases involving serious abuse or fraud, Upstrider® reserves the right to take appropriate legal action to recover damages.

Commission Rate: Affiliates earn a 30% commission on each successful sale generated through their unique affiliate link for the 30K+ Ecosystem™.

Payment Method: Affiliate commissions are paid manually by Upstrider®, typically via PayPal (or another agreed payment method).
Affiliates are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date payment details to receive payouts.

Payment Schedule: Commissions are generally paid approximately 30 days after Systeme.io issues the affiliate invoice(s) for approved commissions.
For example, if Systeme.io issues an invoice on the 1st of the month, payment will typically be processed around 30 days later, provided the minimum payout threshold has been met.

Minimum Threshold & Invoice Rollover

• The minimum payout threshold is 50 USD (or the equivalent currency shown on your Systeme.io invoice).

• If your approved commissions for a given invoice are below this threshold, the balance will roll over and may be combined with future invoices until the minimum payout amount is reached.

• No commissions are lost — amounts are simply carried forward until eligible for payout.

Currency: Payments are made in the same currency shown on the Systeme.io invoice. Affiliates are responsible for any currency conversion fees or charges imposed by their payment provider.

Deductions: Any chargebacks, refunds, or platform-related fees associated with a transaction may be deducted from future affiliate payouts.

Dynamic Pricing & Discounts: Commissions are calculated based on the final sale price actually paid by the customer, after any coupons, discounts, or promotional offers. Systeme.io automatically tracks these variations to ensure commissions are calculated accurately.

Affiliate Eligibility: Only approved affiliates with verified affiliate accounts (using their registered member's email or a pre-approved alternate email) are eligible to receive commission payouts.

Source of Truth: All commission amounts, invoice details, and payout calculations are based on the data recorded by Systeme.io.

In the event of a discrepancy, Systeme.io’s order and commission records will be treated as the primary technical source of truth, subject to discretionary manual adjustments in clear and legitimate cases.

Affiliates agree to promote the 30K+ Ecosystem™, Upstrider®, and related programs in good faith and to avoid making knowingly false, misleading, or harmful statements that could reasonably damage the brand’s reputation.

This applies to public communications such as social media posts, blog content, reviews, or other promotional materials directly connected to affiliate activity.

Constructive feedback or private communication with Upstrider® is always welcome and encouraged.

Violation of this section may result in suspension or termination of the affiliate account, in line with the termination provisions of this agreement.

We may update or improve this Affiliate Agreement from time to time as the 30K+ Ecosystem™ grows.

If we make a meaningful change, we’ll do our best to notify affiliates (for example, by email or inside the dashboard). We also recommend checking this page occasionally so you’re always looking at the latest version.

By continuing to participate in the affiliate program after an update is published, you agree to the updated terms.

Relationship of Parties: You participate in the affiliate program as an independent affiliate. Nothing in this agreement creates an employer–employee relationship, partnership, joint venture, or agency relationship between you and Upstrider®.

Severability: If any part of this agreement is found to be unenforceable, the remainder will remain valid and in full effect.

Dispute Resolution: If a dispute arises, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve it in good faith through discussion (and, if needed, mediation) before pursuing legal action.

Entire Agreement: This agreement is the full understanding between the parties regarding the affiliate program and replaces any prior discussions or communications on this topic.

The 30K+ Ecosystem™ Affiliate Program runs on Systeme.io. All referrals and commissions follow Systeme.io’s standard rules for merchant affiliate programs.

12.1 Cookie & Last-Click Model

• When someone clicks your affiliate link, a 365-day cookie is stored in their browser.

• The last valid affiliate link they click before an opt-in or purchase is the one that gets the credit.

12.2 Existing Contacts

• A contact who is already on our email list or in our customer database can be re-assigned to another affiliate if they later click that affiliate’s link and opt in or buy while the cookie is active.

12.3 Orders & Subscriptions

• Each order stores its own affiliate ID based on the last click before that purchase.

• For subscriptions, all renewals go to the affiliate attached to the original subscription order, even if the customer later clicks other affiliate links.

12.4 Purchases Without Affiliate Parameters

• If a known contact buys without affiliate parameters in the URL, Systeme.io may attempt to credit the sale to the affiliate currently attached to that contact.

• If no affiliate is attached or the system cannot resolve it, no commission will be generated.

12.5 Limitations & Source of Truth

• Tracking depends on browsers, cookies, and user behaviour (device changes, cleared cookies, ad blockers, etc.). We cannot be responsible for lost tracking caused by factors outside our control.

• In case of any dispute, the Systeme.io order and commission logs are treated as the main technical source of truth. Where there is clear evidence of an error, Upstrider® may, at its sole discretion, issue a manual bonus or adjustment.

By joining this Program, you accept that tracking and attribution work under Systeme.io’s rules as described in this Section 12.
