To join and use the Bestsellers PLR Library™, you simply need to:

• Be of legal age: You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live).

• Be able to agree to these terms: You need to have the legal capacity to enter into a contract.

• Follow the law where you live: It’s your responsibility to make sure your use of PLR products follows any local rules around advertising, consumer protection, copyright, and data privacy.

• Keep your membership active: Access and resell rights are tied to your active subscription. If payments stop or the membership is cancelled, resell rights end too.

👉 In short: as long as you’re an adult, legally able to agree, and keep your membership active, you’re good to go.

Your membership gives you a license to edit, rebrand, and resell the library products — as long as your membership is active.

• Resell edited versions as PLR or end products.

• Use in your own stores, bundles, memberships, or client work.

• Put your own name/brand on edited versions.

• Share or sell the raw files.

• Make only tiny edits (e.g. one colour change).

• Keep reselling if your membership ends.

⚠️ Reminder: Resell rights apply only while your membership is active. If it stops, so do your rights — and listings must be removed within 72 hours.

Your membership to the Bestsellers PLR Library™ runs on a monthly subscription. Here’s how it works:

• Ongoing access: Your subscription must stay active and paid for you to keep access to the library and your resell rights.

• Automatic billing: Payments are processed automatically each month using the payment method you provide at checkout.

• Failed payments: If a payment doesn’t go through, we’ll pause your access. If it’s not fixed within 7 days, your membership (and resell rights) will end.

• Cancellations: You can cancel anytime through your account dashboard. When you cancel, you’ll keep access until the end of your current billing cycle, then access and resell rights will stop.

• No partial refunds: We don’t provide refunds or credits for unused days — cancellation takes effect at the end of your billing period.

• Price changes: If membership pricing ever changes, we’ll notify you in advance. Continuing your subscription after notice means you accept the new price.

Because the Bestsellers PLR Library™ gives you instant access to digital files, all payments are final.

• No refunds: Once payment is processed, we can’t offer refunds, full or partial.

• Cancelling stops future billing: If you cancel, you’ll keep access until the end of your paid month, and then your access (and resell rights) will end.

• Digital delivery: By joining, you understand that you’re receiving downloadable, duplicable files, which means standard “change of mind” refunds don’t apply.

• Billing issues: Because access is instant, chargebacks and payment disputes aren’t possible. If you ever run into a billing problem, just reach out to support – we’ll work with you to fix it quickly.

We want you to succeed with the Bestsellers PLR Library™, but it’s important to know that success also depends on your effort and the platforms you choose to sell on.

• Marketplace rules: Each marketplace (Etsy, Shopify, Gumroad, KDP, etc.) has its own policies and algorithms that may change at any time. We can’t guarantee that a product will be accepted, approved, or remain compliant on any platform. It’s your responsibility to check and follow the rules of the platforms you sell on.

• Customer care: Once you edit and sell a product, it becomes part of your business. You’re responsible for customer support, reviews, refunds (if you choose to offer them), and any disputes that may arise.

• Bestseller references: The library may include screenshots or references to Etsy bestsellers that were trending at the time of creation. We then build original PLR products inspired by these examples. While these are designed with strong foundations, we can’t guarantee they’ll become or stay bestsellers for you — results depend on timing, effort, and your own marketing.

Think of us as providing the building blocks. How you put them together, sell them, and care for your customers is in your hands.

• When you join the Bestsellers PLR Library™, an affiliate link is automatically created for you. This link is unique to your account.

• You may share this link to refer others, and commissions will be tracked according to our Affiliate Agreement.

• By joining, you agree to use your affiliate link responsibly and in compliance with both these Terms & Conditions and the Affiliate Agreement.

• Misuse of affiliate links (e.g. spamming, misleading claims, or manipulating referrals) may result in suspension or termination of your membership and affiliate rights, and may also lead to legal action to recover damages caused by such misuse.

We hope you’ll enjoy the Bestsellers PLR Library™ for a long time, but in some cases, memberships need to end.

• If you cancel: You can cancel anytime in your account. You’ll keep access until the end of your billing period, then your membership and resell rights will stop.

• If payments fail: If your subscription isn’t kept active, your membership (and license) will automatically end.

• If rules are broken: If terms are seriously violated — for example, sharing raw files, misusing the brand, or filing a chargeback — we may suspend or permanently close your account.

What happens if your membership ends

• Access to the library stops.

• Your license to use and resell products from the library ends immediately.

• Any listings created from the library must be removed within 72 hours.

The easiest way to stay in good standing is simple: keep your membership active, follow the rules, and make the products your own.

By joining the Bestsellers PLR Library™, you agree not to make, publish, or communicate any statement that could reasonably be seen as damaging, disparaging, or defamatory toward:

• Upstrider®

• The Bestsellers PLR Library™

• The 30K+ Plan™

• Any of our administrators, employees, contractors, affiliates, creators or members

This applies to all forms of communication, including but not limited to:

• Social media posts and comments

• Blog articles or online reviews

• Forums, private groups, or chat platforms

• Verbal discussions in public or private settings

Consequences of Violation

• Immediate termination of your membership and license.

• Forfeiture of all access and rights to current and future products.

• Legal action to recover damages for defamation, business harm, or loss of opportunity.

• Requirement to issue a public retraction or correction at your own expense.

The Bestsellers PLR Library™ is created and owned by Upstrider®. When you join, you don’t own the original files, but you do get a license to edit and use them while your membership is active.

Here’s how it works:

• Our ownership: All templates, training, and resources inside the library remain the intellectual property of Upstrider®.

• Your license: While your membership is active, you can edit, rebrand, and resell the products under your own name and brand, as long as you follow the rules in these Terms.

• Restrictions:

  • Don’t claim copyright or trademark ownership of the original files.

  • Don’t register any of the products or derivatives as your own intellectual property.

  • Don’t use “Upstrider®,” “Bestsellers PLR Library™,” or “30K+ Plan™” in your own listings, store names, or ads.

In short, Upstrider® owns the original library, but while you’re an active member, you have full freedom to make the products your own and sell them under your brand.

Upstrider® reserves the right to update, amend, or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time, without prior notice.

• Continued Use = Acceptance: By continuing to access the Bestsellers PLR Library™ membership after changes are published, you automatically agree to the updated Terms.

• Notification: While we may send notifications of major updates, it remains your responsibility to review this document periodically to stay informed of any changes.

• Version Control: The “Last Updated” date at the top of this document reflects the most recent revision.

In the event of any dispute, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the issue through good faith negotiation or mediation. If a resolution cannot be reached, the dispute may be escalated to legal action in the appropriate court of jurisdiction.

By joining and continuing your membership in the Bestsellers PLR Library™, you confirm that you:

• Have read and understood these Terms & Conditions.

• Agree to follow the guidelines for membership, use, and resell rights.

• Accept that your membership is bound by these Terms, as updated from time to time.

In short, staying an active member means you’re happy with the rules, and we’re excited to support you in building with the library.
