To participate in the Bestsellers PLR Library™ Affiliate Program, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age or the age of majority in your jurisdiction.

• Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract.

• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to consumer protection, advertising, and data privacy laws relevant to your jurisdiction.

• Upon joining the Bestsellers PLR Library™, an affiliate link will be automatically generated for your account. Participation in the affiliate program begins immediately upon membership and is subject to this Agreement.

• Membership Requirement & Account Verification
  Participation in the affiliate program is available exclusively to members of the Bestsellers PLR Library™.

  
  Affiliate tracking and commission payments are linked to the email address and Systeme.io account used for your Library membership.

  If you choose to promote using a different Systeme.io account, affiliate ID, or email address than the one associated with your membership, please notify Upstrider® in writing prior to promotion so your commissions remain tracked and validated.

  Any promotions or affiliate activity conducted by non-members or through unregistered accounts will not be eligible for commission credit or payment. Using a different email or account without notice may result in commissions being untracked, invalidated, or refused, as the affiliate program is managed exclusively through verified member accounts.

As an approved affiliate, you will earn a 30% commission on each sale generated through your unique affiliate link. Commissions are calculated based on the total sale price, with no deductions for taxes or fees at this time.

• Minimum Payout: Affiliate payouts are issued once your approved commissions reach a minimum of 50 USD (in the same currency as your Systeme.io invoice).
  If your total approved commissions in a given period are below 50 USD, they will roll over to the next period until the threshold is reached.
  Nothing is lost; smaller amounts are simply accumulated before being paid out.

• Payment Timing: Payments are processed monthly, after 30 days, once invoices are issued by Systeme.io. You can view your invoice and commission details in your affiliate dashboard.

• Future Adjustments: Upstrider® reserves the right to deduct applicable taxes, VAT, or platform fees in the future. Affiliates will be notified in advance if adjustments are made.

• Transparency: All commission data, invoices, and payouts are fully managed and tracked through Systeme.io. Affiliates can view real-time performance and sales data directly inside their Systeme.io affiliate dashboard.

• All commissions are calculated and attributed according to the tracking rules used by Systeme.io for merchant affiliate programs, as described in Section 12 of this Agreement. Upstrider® does not manually override the affiliate IDs attached to orders inside Systeme.io, except in clear error cases where we may, at our discretion, issue a manual bonus or adjustment.

As an affiliate of the Bestsellers PLR Library™, you are expected to uphold the highest ethical standards when promoting our products. Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Truthful Promotion: All promotions must be honest, accurate, and transparent. Affiliates are strictly prohibited from making misleading or exaggerated claims regarding potential earnings, results, or success that customers may achieve from using the Bestsellers PLR Library™.

• Disclosure: Affiliates must comply with all legal requirements, including the FTC guidelines (or your local equivalent), and disclose the affiliate relationship clearly in all promotional content.
  Example: “As an affiliate, I may earn a commission if you make a purchase through my link.”

• Maintaining Accurate Information: Affiliates must ensure all account details (such as payment information and contact information) remain accurate and up to date.

• Professional Conduct: Affiliates are expected to maintain professionalism in all interactions. Misleading, aggressive, or inappropriate marketing practices will not be tolerated.

• Use of your automatically generated affiliate link must follow these Terms & Conditions. Any attempt to manipulate referrals, create fake accounts, or misrepresent promotions will be considered misuse and may result in suspension or termination.

• Affiliates must also follow Upstrider®’s current brand guidelines and refrain from using unapproved visuals or copy that could misrepresent the product or earning potential.

Failure to adhere to these responsibilities may result in suspension, termination, and forfeiture of commissions.

Upstrider® strictly prohibits the following actions by affiliates of the Bestsellers PLR Library™ Affiliate Program:

• Spamming: Sending unsolicited or mass promotional emails or messages that violate anti-spam laws.

• Fraudulent Activity: Generating fake traffic, fake purchases, or using dishonest tactics to inflate commissions.

• Unauthorised Paid Advertising: Running paid ads (including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, or Instagram Ads) that use Upstrider®, Bestsellers PLR Library™, or related brand terms without explicit written approval.

• Misleading Claims: Making exaggerated, false, or unverifiable promises about earnings, results, or success with the Bestsellers PLR Library™.

• Brand Damage: Engaging in behaviour that harms the reputation of the Bestsellers PLR Library™, the 30K+ Plan™, or Upstrider® as a whole.

• Self-Referral & Duplicate Identity Abuse: Using your own affiliate link to purchase products, or creating duplicate/fake accounts to generate commissions. This includes purchases made under a different name, email, or identity, as well as attempts to bypass the rules through family, friends, or alternate accounts.

Any violation of these prohibited activities will result in immediate and permanent termination of your affiliate account, denial of pending commissions, and potential legal action where appropriate.

The Bestsellers PLR Library™ operates under a strict no-refund policy once access to the digital product has been granted. By promoting this program, affiliates agree to clearly communicate and direct traffic to the official sales page, where customers are able to review this policy before making a purchase.

Chargeback Consequences:

If a chargeback is initiated for a purchase referred by an affiliate:

• The full commission earned from that sale will be deducted from your account balance immediately.

• If a negative balance occurs due to the chargeback, future commissions will be withheld until the balance is cleared.

• Any additional fees or penalties resulting from the chargeback may be passed on to the affiliate until funds are recovered. Initiating or encouraging chargebacks may also result in legal and financial consequences.

Affiliates are responsible for ensuring that all promotions accurately represent the no-refund policy. Misrepresentation, omission of this policy, or promoting the product in a misleading way that leads to high chargeback rates will result in immediate termination of your affiliate account and possible legal action.

Upstrider® reserves the right to suspend or terminate your participation in the Bestsellers PLR Library™ Affiliate Program at any time, with or without notice, if you violate the terms of this agreement or engage in conduct deemed harmful to the brand.

Grounds for termination include, but are not limited to:

• Breach of any provision in this agreement.

• Misrepresentation of the Bestsellers PLR Library™, the 30K+ Plan™, or Upstrider®.

• Engaging in prohibited activities such as spamming, fraudulent activity, or unauthorised paid advertising.

• Misuse of your automatically generated affiliate link, including manipulation of referrals, duplicate/fake accounts, self-referrals, or misleading promotions.

• Repeated customer complaints or a pattern of chargebacks linked to your promotions.

• Any action that damages, discredits, or misaligns with the values and mission of Upstrider®.

Effect of Termination:

• All rights granted to you under this program will cease immediately.

• Pending commissions may be withheld if they are linked to fraudulent, misleading, or prohibited activities.

• You must immediately discontinue all use of affiliate links, promotional materials, and references to yourself as an affiliate of the Bestsellers PLR Library™.

• In serious cases, Upstrider® reserves the right to pursue legal action to recover damages caused by fraudulent or abusive affiliate practices.

• Commission Rate: Affiliates earn a 30% commission on each successful sale generated through their unique affiliate link.

• Payment Method: Commissions will be paid manually by Upstrider® via PayPal (or another agreed method). Affiliates must provide accurate payment details to receive payouts.

• Payment Schedule: Commissions are normally paid 30 days after Systeme.io issues the affiliate invoice(s) for your approved commissions. For example, if Systeme.io issues an invoice on the 1st of a month, payment will be processed around 30 days later, provided your unpaid approved balance is at least £50.

• Minimum Threshold & Combining Invoices: The minimum payout amount is 50 USD (in the same currency shown on your Systeme.io invoice). If your approved commissions for a given invoice are below 50 USD, your balance will roll over and we may combine two or more invoices into a single payout once the total reaches the 50 USD threshold. No commissions are lost; they are simply carried forward until the minimum payout amount is met.

• Currency: Payments will be made in the same currency shown on the Systeme.io invoice. Affiliates are responsible for any currency conversion fees or charges from their payment provider.

• Deductions: Any chargebacks or platform fees associated with a transaction may be deducted from the affiliate’s future payouts.

• Dynamic Pricing & Discounts: Commission amounts will always be calculated on the final sale price paid by the customer, after any applicable coupon codes, discounts, or promotional offers. Systeme.io automatically manages and tracks these variations to ensure commissions are accurately calculated based on the customer’s final checkout price.

• Only members of the Bestsellers PLR Library™ with verified affiliate accounts (matching their registered membership email or a pre-approved alternate email) are eligible to receive commission payments.

• All commission amounts, currencies, and invoice details are based on the data recorded by Systeme.io for each order. In the event of any discrepancy between an affiliate’s personal tracking and the Systeme.io records, the Systeme.io order and commission logs will be treated as the primary technical source of truth, subject to any discretionary manual adjustments we may choose to make in clear-cut cases.

• Ownership: All content, branding, logos, product names, sales pages, training materials, and related intellectual property connected to Upstrider®, the Bestsellers PLR Library™, and the 30K+ Plan™ remain the sole property of Upstrider®. Affiliates are granted a limited, revocable, non-exclusive license to use approved promotional materials for the sole purpose of promoting the Bestsellers PLR Library™.

• Permitted Use: Affiliates may use official marketing assets provided inside their affiliate dashboard (e.g., banners, images, product descriptions, videos, or approved copy). Affiliates may also create their own content, provided it is honest, professional, and aligned with Upstrider®’s values.

• Restrictions: Affiliates may not:

  • Alter or modify logos, product names, or official graphics without written approval.

  • Register or use domains, social media handles, or ads containing “Upstrider®,” “Bestsellers PLR Library,” “30K+ Plan,” or similar variations that could confuse or mislead customers.

  • Claim ownership of any part of the Bestsellers PLR Library™ or its training content as their own product.

• Brand Integrity: Affiliates must promote the Bestsellers PLR Library™ in a way that respects the brand’s reputation. Misrepresentation, low-quality marketing, or activities that harm brand perception will result in immediate termination.

As an affiliate, you agree not to make any defamatory, misleading, or disparaging statements about the Bestsellers PLR Library™, the 30K+ Plan™, Upstrider®, its officers, employees, or other affiliates. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Social media posts, blog content, or public discussions.

• Communications within private forums or groups could harm the brand’s reputation.

Consequences of Violation:

• Immediate termination of your affiliate account.

• Forfeiture of all pending and future commissions.

• Upstrider® reserves the right to pursue legal action for damages caused by defamatory remarks, including claims for defamation, business disparagement, and loss of opportunities.

In the event of a violation, you may also be required to issue a public retraction or correction at your own expense.

Upstrider® reserves the right to modify or update this Affiliate Agreement at any time. While we may notify affiliates of significant changes via email, it is your responsibility to review this agreement periodically for updates. Your continued participation in the affiliate program constitutes acceptance of any changes.

• Relationship of Parties: Affiliates are considered independent contractors. This agreement does not create an employer-employee relationship, partnership, or agency relationship between you and Upstrider®.

• Severability: If any part of this agreement is deemed unenforceable, the rest of the agreement will remain in full effect.

• Dispute Resolution: In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to attempt to resolve the matter through negotiation or mediation before pursuing legal action.

This agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties and supersedes all prior communications or representations.

The Bestsellers PLR Library™ Affiliate Program runs on Systeme.io. All referrals and commissions follow Systeme.io’s standard rules for merchant affiliate programs.

12.1 Cookie & Last-Click Model

• When someone clicks your affiliate link, a 365-day cookie is stored in their browser.

• The last valid affiliate link they click before an opt-in or purchase is the one that gets the credit.

12.2 Existing Contacts

• A contact who is already on our email list or in our customer database can be re-assigned to another affiliate if they later click that affiliate’s link and opt in or buy while the cookie is active.

12.3 Orders & Subscriptions

• Each order stores its own affiliate ID based on the last click before that purchase.

• For subscriptions, all renewals go to the affiliate attached to the original subscription order, even if the customer later clicks other affiliate links.

12.4 Purchases Without Affiliate Parameters

• If a known contact buys without affiliate parameters in the URL, Systeme.io will try to credit the sale to the affiliate currently attached to that contact.

• If no affiliate is attached or the system cannot resolve it, no commission will be generated.

12.5 Limitations & Source of Truth

• Tracking depends on browsers, cookies, and user behaviour (device changes, cleared cookies, ad blockers, etc.). We cannot be responsible for lost tracking caused by factors outside our control.

• In case of any dispute, the Systeme.io order and commission logs are treated as the main technical source of truth. Where there is clear evidence of an error, Upstrider® may, at its sole discretion, issue a manual bonus or adjustment.

By joining this Program, you accept that tracking and attribution work under Systeme.io’s rules as described in this Section 12.
