1. License Grant:

As an active Library member, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access, edit, and resell products from the Library under the terms below.

2. What You CAN Do:

As an active member, you may:

  • Edit and Customise templates (e.g., fonts, layouts, covers, add your own content, or bundle with your own work).

  • Resell as PLR to your own customers under your brand/shop, provided you make meaningful modifications.
    Note: Your buyers may receive the raw editable file to customise for themselves, but they do NOT gain the right to resell, redistribute, or pass on PLR rights. Only active Library members hold PLR resale rights.

  • Sell as End Products (non-PLR, e.g. flat PDF/PNG/JPG) with commercial use rights.

  • Use in Memberships, Bundles, or Client Work, provided files are edited and not shared as raw PLR.

  • Claim Authorship once you’ve made substantial edits and customisations.

3. What You CANNOT Do:

To keep the library valuable and fair for all members, there are a few things that aren’t allowed:

  • Reselling raw files: Please don’t share, give away, or sell the unedited library files as they are.

  • Pass PLR rights down: Your buyers cannot resell as PLR unless they also become Library members.

  • Transfer or sublicense your membership/license.

  • Inactive membership sales: If your membership ends, so do your resell rights. Listings created from the library must be taken down within 72 hours.

  • Using our brand: You can’t use “Upstrider®,” “Bestsellers PLR Library™,” or “30K+ Plan™” in your own product titles, ads, or promotions without written approval.

In short: make the products your own, keep your membership active, and sell them under your brand – that’s what keeps this fair and powerful for everyone.

4. Membership Condition:

Your resell rights (including PLR rights) are valid only while your membership is active and in good standing.

  • Active membership required: If your membership ends for any reason, your license closes automatically, and any listings created from the library must be removed within 72 hours. This keeps things fair and compliant for everyone.

  • Marketplace rules: Every platform (Etsy, Shopify, Gumroad, KDP, etc.) has its own policies and rules. It’s your responsibility to make sure your products follow those rules. Acceptance or approval on a marketplace isn’t guaranteed, and if a platform removes or restricts your listings, that’s part of your responsibility as the seller.

  • Customer care: Once you’ve edited and sold a product, it becomes part of your business. You’re responsible for customer experiences, reviews, refunds (if you choose to offer them), and disputes with your buyers.

  • Our role: Upstrider® provides the tools and templates, but how you use them and how your customers respond is fully in your hands.

Think of it this way: we provide the building blocks – but the business, customer experience, and platform compliance belong to you.

5. Enforcement:

To keep the Bestsellers PLR Library™ fair and valuable for all members, we need to protect the rules of use.

If these Terms are broken, it may result in:

  • Membership ending: Your membership and license may be suspended or permanently closed.

  • Loss of rights: Your ability to resell or distribute products from the library will be revoked.

  • Further action if needed: In serious cases (like fraud or deliberate misuse), we may take legal steps to protect the library, our community, and our brand.

The best way to avoid issues is simple: keep your membership active, make meaningful edits, and sell under your own brand.

6. Agreement & Acknowledgment:

By using the Bestsellers PLR Library™, you confirm that you:

  • Understand this license is valid only while you remain an active member.

  • Accept that PLR resale rights stop with you — your customers may edit and use files, but cannot resell or redistribute them as PLR.

In short: as long as you stay active and make the products your own, you’re fully licensed to build, brand, and sell with confidence.
