You may edit the products, templates, fonts, layouts, covers, wording, colours, and overall design to match your own brand or shop.

Resell as PLR, where applicable
You may resell eligible products as PLR under your own brand or shop, provided you make meaningful edits and customisations first.

Important:
Your buyers may receive the editable file to customise for themselves, but they do not automatically receive PLR or resale rights unless this is clearly allowed by your license.

Sell as end products
You may sell finished products as PDF, PNG, JPG, or other completed digital formats.

Use in memberships, bundles, or client work

Claim authorship after meaningful edits
Once you have made meaningful changes and customised the product, you may present the finished product under your own brand.

To keep The Personalised 30K+ PLR Daily Sales Plan™ fair, protected, and valuable, there are a few things that are not allowed:

Resell raw files
Please don’t share, give away, upload, or sell the original PLR products in their raw or unchanged form.

Pass PLR rights down without permission

Transfer or share your license

Continue PLR use after serious breach
If your access or license is removed because of a serious breach, your PLR resale rights may stop. Any listings using raw or near-original Upstrider® materials may need to be removed as soon as reasonably possible.

Use our brand without permission
You may not use “Upstrider®”, “30K+ Ecosystem™”, “30K+ Plan™”, or “The Personalised 30K+ PLR Daily Sales Plan™” in your own product titles, store names, ads, or promotions without written approval.

In short: make the products your own, respect the license boundaries, and sell under your own brand.

Every platform, such as Etsy, Shopify, Gumroad, KDP, Canva, Systeme.io, or others, has its own rules, policies, and algorithms. These may change at any time.

We cannot guarantee that any product, listing, shop, strategy, title, tag, or description will be accepted, approved, ranked, or remain compliant on any platform.

It is your responsibility to understand and follow the rules of the platforms you choose to sell on.

Once you edit, rebrand, list, or sell a product, it becomes part of your business. This means you are responsible for:

Customer support and communication

Reviews and feedback

Refunds, if you choose to offer them

Product updates

Any disputes or issues that arise with your buyers

In most cases, issues can be resolved through communication. However, if these terms are seriously violated, we may need to take action.

This can include cases such as:

Sharing raw files

Misusing PLR rights

Passing on rights you are not allowed to pass on

Sharing your personalised plan, files, or delivery links

Misusing the Upstrider® brand

Opening false or abusive payment disputes or chargebacks

Copying or recreating the offer as your own competing product

If needed, this may result in:

Limiting or removing access to materials or support

Revoking PLR or resale rights

Suspending or permanently closing access in serious cases

We always aim to act reasonably and fairly, based on the situation.

If access or license rights are removed due to a serious breach, any use of raw or near-original Upstrider® materials must stop, and affected listings should be taken down as soon as reasonably possible.

In short: respect the rules, communicate in good faith, and use the products properly.

All original PLR products, templates, systems, wording, guidance, and resources provided through The Personalised 30K+ PLR Daily Sales Plan™ are created, owned, or licensed by Upstrider®.

When you purchase this offer, you do not buy ownership of the original files, plan, strategy, or Upstrider® materials. You receive a license to use, edit, and build upon eligible PLR products under the rules in this License Agreement.
