For years, staying fit felt relatively straightforward.
I had more time to train regularly, prepare my food
and structure more of my routine around fitness.
Then my career became busier.
Longer hours. Longer commutes. More pressure. Less time.
I still wanted to feel strong, look after my physique
and maintain my health.
But suddenly, the way I'd always done fitness

At first, the instinct was to keep trying to make
the old approach work.

×
Having enough time to train several days every week
×
Having time to prepare and organise food constantly
×
Having a predictable schedule
×
Fitness being one of the biggest priorities in my day
