I looked for programs that would help instructors teach pelvic-aware classes, but everything was either too clinical, too vague, or only designed for medical professionals.
I saw passionate instructors stuck in general fitness, wanting to do more, but not knowing how.
Even with my own background, I was still piecing everything together myself.
It was overwhelming.
I didn’t want others to go through that.
💡 THEN CAME THE TURNING POINT...
I realised:
👉 What if I could create a simple method, so others didn’t have to choose between being a physio or doing nothing at all?
So I mapped out everything I knew…

→ Teach the foundations clearly, without overcomplicating the science.

→ Blend breathwork, core, and control into pelvic-friendly movement.
3️⃣ Step 3: Cue With Confidence
→ Empower instructors with the exact language to guide others safely.
…and everything shifted.
