To participate in the 30K+ Plan™ Affiliate Program, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction.

• Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract.

• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to consumer protection, advertising, and data privacy laws relevant to your jurisdiction.

Failure to meet these eligibility criteria will result in the immediate termination of your affiliate status.

As a valued affiliate, you will earn a 60% commission on each sale generated through your unique affiliate link. Commissions are calculated based on the total sale price, with no deductions for taxes or fees at this time. Payments are processed monthly, after 30 days, once an invoice is issued by Systeme.io. You can view your invoice and commission details in your affiliate dashboard.

• No Minimum Payout: There is no minimum threshold for payouts, meaning you will receive commissions regardless of the amount earned during the payment period.

• Payment Timing: Payments are made on the last day of the month, following the issuance of an invoice by Systeme.io, 30 days after the sale.

• Future Adjustments: We reserve the right to deduct applicable taxes, VAT, or platform fees in the future. Should any such changes occur, affiliates will be notified in advance, and the policy will be updated accordingly.

As an affiliate of the 30K+ Plan™, you are expected to uphold the highest ethical standards. Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Truthful Promotion: All promotions must be honest and transparent. Affiliates are strictly prohibited from making misleading or exaggerated claims regarding potential earnings or results that users may achieve using the 30K+ Plan™.

• Disclosure: You must comply with all legal requirements, including the FTC guidelines (or your local equivalent), and disclose your affiliate relationship clearly in all promotional content. Example: “As an affiliate, I may earn a commission on any purchases made through the links in this post.”
  
• Maintaining Accurate Information: Ensure that all personal information in your affiliate account, such as payment details and contact information, remains accurate and up-to-date.

• Professional Conduct: Affiliates are expected to maintain professionalism in all customer interactions. Misleading, inappropriate, or aggressive marketing tactics will not be tolerated.

Failure to adhere to these responsibilities will result in account suspension and the forfeiture of commissions.

Upstrider strictly prohibits the following actions by affiliates:

• Spamming: Sending unsolicited or mass promotional emails or messages that violate anti-spam laws.

• Fraudulent Activity: Engaging in any form of dishonest behaviour, including generating fake traffic or creating fake purchases to inflate commissions.

• Paid Advertising: Using paid ads, including but not limited to Google Ads, Facebook Ads, or Instagram Ads, to promote the 30K+ Plan™ without explicit written approval from Upstrider.

• Misleading Claims: Promoting false, exaggerated, or unverifiable claims about the effectiveness of the 30K+ Plan™ or potential earnings.

• Brand Damage: Engaging in any activities that could damage the reputation of the 30K+ Plan™, Upstrider, or its affiliates.

Any violation of these prohibited activities will result in immediate and permanent termination of your affiliate account, along with the denial of any pending commissions. Legal action may be pursued where appropriate.

Refund Policy:

The 30K+ Plan™ operates under a strict no-refund policy once access to the digital product has been granted. By promoting the 30K+ Plan™, affiliates agree to direct traffic to the sales page, where all customers can clearly view this refund policy before making a purchase.

Chargeback Consequences:
If a chargeback is initiated for a purchase referred by an affiliate:

• The full commission earned from that sale will be deducted from your account balance immediately.

• If a negative balance occurs due to the chargeback, future commissions will be withheld until the negative balance is cleared.

• Any fees or penalties incurred as a result of the chargeback will be held until the collection agencies recover the funds. Initiating a chargeback could lead to prolonged legal and financial processes that may further impact your account status.

Affiliates are responsible for ensuring that their promotions accurately represent the no-refund policy. Misleading claims, omissions about the policy, or promoting the product in a way that leads to high chargeback rates will result in immediate termination and potential legal action.

We reserve the right to terminate your affiliate account at our discretion for any of the following reasons:

• Violation of Terms: Any breach of the terms outlined in this agreement, including unethical promotional practices, fraudulent activity, or misleading claims.

• Inactivity: Affiliates who do not actively promote or generate sales for more than 365 days (1 year) may have their accounts reviewed for suspension. However, commissions generated from sales resulting from pre-existing affiliate links or tracked via cookies within the Systeme.io tracking window will continue to be honoured until the cookie duration expires.
• 👉 Cookie and Tracking Window: Systeme.io manages cookies and tracks referrals for a specified duration (based on their cookie policy). Any commissions generated within this period will be attributed to the affiliate even if the affiliate is not actively promoting.
  
• Brand Damage: Engaging in any behaviour that negatively impacts the reputation of the 30K+ Plan™, Upstrider, or violates the integrity of the affiliate program.

Systeme.io Dashboard and Commission Payments:

The affiliate program is hosted on Systeme.io, which manages the tracking, cookies, and commission payments. If your account is terminated due to a violation of these terms, you will lose access to your affiliate dashboard in Systeme.io, and any unpaid commissions may be forfeited. If terminated due to inactivity, commissions generated within the Systeme.io cookie window will still be honoured, as per Systeme.io’s terms, until the cookie tracking period expires.

As an affiliate, you agree not to make any defamatory, misleading, or disparaging statements about the 30K+ Plan™, Upstrider, its officers, employees, or other affiliates. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Social media posts, blog content, or public discussions.

• Communications within private forums or groups that could harm the brand’s reputation.

Consequences of Violation:

• Immediate termination of your affiliate account.

• Forfeiture of all pending and future commissions.

• Upstrider reserves the right to pursue legal action for any damages caused by defamatory remarks, including claims for defamation, business disparagement, and loss of business opportunities.

In the event of a violation, you may also be required to issue a public retraction or correction at your own expense.

Upstrider reserves the right to modify or update this Affiliate Agreement at any time. While we may notify affiliates of significant changes via email, it is your responsibility to review this agreement periodically for updates. Your continued participation in the affiliate program constitutes acceptance of any changes.

• Relationship of Parties: Affiliates are considered independent contractors. This agreement does not create an employer-employee relationship, partnership, or agency relationship between you and Upstrider.

• Severability: If any part of this agreement is deemed unenforceable, the rest of the agreement will remain in full effect.

• Dispute Resolution: In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to attempt to resolve the matter through negotiation or mediation before pursuing legal action.

By participating in the 30K+ Plan™ Affiliate Program, you acknowledge and agree to these terms and conditions.
